Guatemalan Iced Coffee
Try our delicious tasting iced coffee riff with Zacapa No. 23. Easy to make and perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum
3.5 oz Coffee, chilled
0.5 oz Demerara Syrup*
Cream (optional)
Nutmeg (optional)
*Demerara Syrup (Can substitute with Simple Syrup)
1 cup Water
1 cup Demerara Sugar
Preparation
Pour chilled coffee into a highball glass with ice.
Add Zacapa and demerara syrup, then stir gently.
Add cream and nutmeg if desired.
Instructions
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil and stir until all sugar has dissolved.
Allow simple syrup to cool before use and store in the fridge.
