Zacapa Negra Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Zacapa Edición Negra Rum

  • 1 tsp Date Syrup

  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

  • Orange Peel, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass, add the date syrup and bitters.

  2. Fill the glass with ice and add Zacapa Edición Negra.

  3. Stir to mix and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
