Negra Old Fashioned

Try this bold recipe for a classic old fashioned rum cocktail with a smoky twist, featuring Zacapa Edicion Negra. Learn how to make a smoked old fashioned here.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Zacapa Edición Negra Rum

1 tsp Date Syrup

1 dash Orange Bitters

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Orange Peel, for garnish

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing glass, add the date syrup and bitters.

2. Fill the glass with ice and add Zacapa Edición Negra.

3. Stir to mix and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

4. Add orange peel for garnish.
