Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum

  • 0.75 oz Red Vermouth

  • 0.3 oz Amontillado Sherry

  • 0.5 oz Cherry Liqueur

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

  • Cherry, for garnish

  • Orange Peel, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for 25-30 rotations to chill and dilute.

  2. Strain neat into a small, chilled coupe glass.
