Zacapa Rum Fizz Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum

0.75 oz Pineapple Juice

0.75 oz Lime Juice

0.75 oz Simple Syrup

Coconut Milk

Sparkling Water

Pineapple Wedge & Fronds

PREPARATION

1. Add Zacapa, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake well and double strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

3. Froth coconut milk in separate bowl with a frother or whisk until airy.

4. Top cocktail with a splash of sparkling water and coconut foam.

5. Garnish with pineapple slices and fronds.
