1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum
0.75 oz Red Vermouth
0.3 oz Amontillado Sherry
0.5 oz Cherry Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Cherry, for garnish
Orange Peel, for garnish
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for 25-30 rotations to chill and dilute.
2. Strain neat into a small, chilled coupe glass.
3. Express an orange peel over top and garnish with peel and a cherry.
